FEEG Preparation workshop (suitable for graduates of the Gem-A Diploma)

This three-day gemmology workshop is an excellent opportunity to obtain another internationally recognised gemmological qualification and become part of the FEEG community. You should have a detailed knowledge of the Gem-A Foundation and Diploma syllabus as well as familiarity with standard gemmological equipment.

What will you learn? Building on your strong knowledge and existing proficiency, you will be guided through mainly practical work to reinforce your practical gem-testing knowledge. Once students have completed this workshop, there is an option to take the FEEG exam the following day (Thursday 2nd July); however the exam is not mandatory. If you are not applying for the FEEG exam, you may wish to just attend two days. You may select the appropriate ticket option when booking, or email education@gem-a.com if you have any questions.

NOTE: The FEEG exam requires registration and payment of a separate examination fee (£300), the deadline for entries is 2nd June, we will not be able to take any further bookings for the FEEG exam after this time. Workshop bookings after this will be for the workshop only not including the FEEG exam. It is advisable to revise the theory from your Diploma before attending the workshop.
